Alfred and Florence Beale had three children in Burma. These are Olive’s siblings.

- = ? in Swansea in 1907
- = Elizabeth Harrison (1887-1959) in Neath in 1914
- Horace William Beale (1914-1985)
- = Mary Henrietta Milligan (1887-1968) in St George, Everton, Liverpool in 1919. He was a labourer.
- = Maggie Pothet (1897) in Rangoon in 1926
- = Elizabeth Baird (1883) in Maymo in 1936
- Florence died in 1890, in Rangoon, at age 30. Alfred remarried Isabella Marie Vaillant (1872-1929) ten years later, and they had two children. These are Olive’s half-siblings.

- 60.2.5 – Phyllis Joyce Beale (1904)
- Arrived in Avonmouth from Rangoon in 1935 on the Chindwin, with a destination address of 24 Upper Bedford Place, London WC1; occupation: teacher. The voyage took just over a month.
